Went to the Saratoga race track job fair today. The staff at the Integrated Staffing table was extremely rude. When I asked about the position he just said, “TAKEN.” Then I asked about another position and he AGAIN said, “TAKEN.” He just stared at me with a blank face. He didn’t offer to take my resume or discuss applying for another position. He could have made his point cordially. It was only an hour into the fair. He couldn’t have been exhausted yet. Just really surprised since they are interviewing for hospitality / customer service jobs.

I had a bad experience with integrated staffing. I was speaking with Jennifer Marin. I had a job offer from their client and was supposed to start on a Monday. An emergency came up with my elderly father at the hospital and I requested a few days ahead of time to start 2 days later instead. She said she didn’t think it was a good idea to postpone my start date, but there was nothing I could really do about it. I did send her a message that I was a bit insulted and didn’t want to work with integrated staffing but I still wanted to work for their client. Anyway, she failed to tell them that I had an emergency and wanted to postpone my start date. So come Monday, their client thought that I blew them off. So overall I didn’t get the position. I thought that it was unfair that I was in a pickle and they wanted me to ignore my fathers emergency. I would not use integrated staffing if I were you. Based on my experience. I have seen someone else in these reviews about an emergency as well and they got fired. Hmmm.
It turned out to be a good thing and god blessed me with a much better job. It was meant to be.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! I’ve been working with Integrated Staffing for over several years now. In this time I have recommended them to friends and family who have eventually become direct hire employees in Saratoga County. They were very helpful with answering my questions about my resume, payroll, and explaining the job placement process. I am grateful to be working with such a passionate team.
