A strange place to work, there are excellent colleagues. But, the idea of the owners is to form a literal “family.” They expect their employees to give up their lives to give all their time and energy to this place without receiving anything in return. No overtime pay, no legal benefits, there is not even a decent space to work. The workplace is a house. As a consultancy, I suppose they are good, since the people they hire are professionals, people who take responsibility and are committed to them, who somehow get the job done and in exchange for a miserable salary.

I was contacted to participate in a Human Resources vacancy.
They confirmed a “training” for me via Zoom with more people, where they showed us consulting formats and processes.
The next day we connected again and in the second “training” they required 3 business days to deliver the results of an economic study.
They never interviewed me to find out if I could adequately carry out the activities and on several occasions I asked about the hiring and salary conditions but they only told me that this would be discussed later. When I asked it again in the online session with the other people I was disconnected without warning.
GRUPO TALENTI have a modus operandi of FRAUD in which they disguise selection processes with “tests” so that candidates work for them for free.
Please do not agree to negotiate with companies that ask for money or work in exchange for promises.

A company very committed to its work. Each process carried out in the different areas is carried out with quality and professionalism. A very dynamic company that is always in search of new strategies and experiences that help improve its internal processes and therefore its results.
