An all around scummy business.
They will refuse to stop bothering you even after no contact requests. A recruiter initially contacted me to get info and I never heard back for over a year. A few years later, they are refusing to take “no” for an answer.

Kipp and his team are helping me with my search for the next new challenge. Throughout the process so far, Kipp was responsive, encouraging and supportive. Interviewing process was never enjoyable. I very much appreciated Kipp’s encouragement and support. A lot of the headhunters were transactional and did not want to waste time building relationship with the candidates. Matt was not only able to provide me with an opportunity that I was excited about but also had the industry knowledge himself to offer guidance as I navigated my interviews / thought about my next job.
Perhaps what was the most helpful was how he listened to my career ambitions + what I was looking for and worked with the company on them. It felt like we were a genuine team — whereas many of the recruiters whom I’ve worked with in the past primarily would force the applicant into a role at all possible costs.
