Well informed staff for initial applications for being selfemployed: this is for Banque carrefour d’Entreprise/Caisse d Assurances.
Very little English is spoken except for the initial application process which was an excellent experience.
Their back office staff have been very helpful.
The bills they send are correct.
Downside is they do not send PDFs in email attachments, but instead links to d/l from their website, which makes it nearly impossible to save the PDF into Google Drive or iCloud on ios from Firefox (one usually must Share and Import into Adobe->Share-FromAdobe and the Save) Incredibly painful.
Frais de gestion/management fees are 3.9% per quarter. It’s a reasonable fee and their service is good.

The information I receive from them is confusing and the invoicing chaotic. Mixing languages and with real difficulties to send invoices by email, instead of post. You can get 3 invoices on the same day for different values over just one service.

really not honest company, they charge my company for 3 month a very expensive invoice and late i saw that is was wrong i ask to stop the contract and they keep sending me the invoice, everything very confuse and not well explained, be very careful making deal with them!!
