We worked at the LG Electronics plant for just over 2 weeks. We went through the Greigus company. The plant is a concentration camp. We were thrown into the sneaker department, where there were only 1 or 2 (if we were lucky) days off for a month and hard work for 12 hours a day, although initially we agreed and had to go to a completely different plant, but at the very last moment before leaving, the manager of the company in Ukraine called and said that, sorry, it turned out that way, you’ll go to LG. So, as soon as you sign the documents, you will become of no interest to anyone. By the way, according to the terms of the contract, if you decide to quit your job without warning, you will be charged a fine of 1000 zlotys, if you warn, you will have to work for 7 days and still a fine of 300 zlotys. For absence from work without a doctor’s certificate, a fine of PLN 100. Turning to a curator for help (we had Alexander Filatov) is not only useless, but you will also hear a lot of rudeness in your direction. He did not help us either with the issue of transferring to another department where the guys work with at least 1 day off a week, or with transferring to another plant. If you don’t like it, no one is keeping you here. I can still write for a very long time, since a lot of negative impressions have accumulated in two weeks. But the bottom line: if you are not ready to work like a horse seven days a week for 12 hours with a 15-minute lunch break, I do not advise you to go through this company: maybe you will be lucky to get into another department, or maybe not, but then in the second case no one will help you solve your problems. You will lose time, money and nerves.

I DO NOT ADVISE GOING FROM THEM!!!(comments and reviews are deleted) We went from this company for the 2nd time. The first one, everything was fine, was the curator Vasily. Everything is organized, he will answer any question, solve any situation. We went for the second time, they gave us a curator, if I may say so, his name is Sergei. We were traveling after quarantine, we were tested for coronavirus and were waiting for the results. As soon as we crossed the border, we asked Sergei if there was Wi-Fi there so we could buy SIM cards so we could write to our family when we arrived. To which we received the answer: “We’ll find it.” Upon arrival, there was no Wi-Fi, to which the coordinator replied “oh, they didn’t find it” (despite the fact that there had already been several visits to this house for observation). One day Sergei called and said that the tests had arrived and we could go outside, we were met by the police (we were lucky that the one who came to check) and said that we did not have the right to go out yet and sent us home, we had difficulty getting through to Sergei (they called 5- 6 people) he said: “What if they meet you, call me, I’ll decide,” after which he again did not pick up the phone and had to call again, get up to speed in the presence of the police. After a week of observation, we were told to pack our bags, we asked about the food, what to do with it? We were told: “put it in separate bags, the factory will give you a refrigerator or I’ll take it away.” We dragged these products around the entire plant until we found a refrigerator near the line (in which there was no room for everyone) and some of the products spoiled Before the assignment of work, I approached and asked that we be assigned together with a friend and a girl since we arrived together, to which I received the answer “that he does not assign”, after the assignment, the girl and I ended up working on washing machines, and our friend on refrigerators. I approached him and asked for us or him to be transferred, to which I received the answer “No.” After me, a guy came up to him (he had the same situation) Sergei approached the Poles and asked to be transferred, to which he received a positive answer. I walked up and asked the question, “Why are they making concessions for someone, but we, who previously asked for them, did not receive them?” Sergei began to freak out and say: “I don’t have to explain anything to anyone, I did this and I don’t like everything, no one is stopping you.” (This company worked one shift) The working day ended, they brought us to the hostel with the words that half were staying here, half were leaving in two days. But the most interesting thing is that he didn’t even know how many couples there were of us, and when he counted the number of people he was surprised where to put them. As a result, there was not enough space for two people and he took them further to hostels (it was already after 21.00, people were tired after work and had to go back to work tomorrow). According to the housing conditions, the renovation is good, there are frying pans, pots, and utensils. But for those who travel alone, and not for married couples. We were accommodated in 2-3 couples, and we slept on bunk beds. When they asked Sergei to transfer him to a job with better conditions, they received the answer: “No one is holding you,” After all, he said that he could change it in the near future. We ask, in the near future, how long is it? Not earlier than 2 – 3 months, our curator answered. The following Monday, some people after work went to a new hostel where Sergei didn’t even show up. When the guys got through to him, he said: “Come into room 6, for those who don’t have enough space in room 7.” When people came in, it turned out that in 6 there were no places at all, and in 7 there were 2 places. As a result, there wasn’t enough space for my friend. Sergei arrived and let’s take him around the hostels. On the way, Sergei was again asked a question about transferring, to which he replied, “Okay, I can promise that they will transfer you, but they won’t transfer you.” After 3 shifts worked, we realized that we couldn’t handle the work and asked for a transfer, to which we were told that now it was not possible, we needed to work, he promised the girl that he would talk about transferring to another process, but you can’t transfer everyone (thembols had already been to Poland and knew that you can find a job easier) The next day, 6 of us did not go to work. Sergei came to our hostel, to which we said that it was hard for all of us and we were not procrastinating on our work. Sergei said: “there are no vacancies for us”,

Ordinary hucksters…moreover, they become greedier and greedier over time…appetite comes with eating, right, slave traders???? As for employment – the office cooperates with the Ukrainian Work Service… They are interested in a person only until he signs an employment contract… Apparently, they receive their interest precisely for signing the contract… after you start working directly and receive a vacancy, you become completely uninteresting to them… neither your problems nor your questions find any response from the agency employees… there can be no talk of any protection of your rights before the employer…. moreover, to achieve and prove that you worked the hours you counted – unrealistic… Conclusion – a very shady office, with very unpleasant employees….at your discretion, perhaps out of hopelessness….
