This used to be our go-to spot for getting prints done for years as they were always on top of things, but in our most important order, they let us down. We ordered several items from them for our wedding celebration last weekend. Includes programs, various table signs, and a large seating chart. Like any wedding, we had last-minute changes that we sent them week of the event before anything was printed. They contacted us back to let us know it was taken care of and they would keep note of the new versions. Well, the seating chart ended up being the wrong version. We called to let them know the day before and they thankfully had it ready by the afternoon. Their quick response is why this isn’t lower than 3 stars. Then, our 120 printed programs were wrong. They were the wrong version and we didn’t find out until it was too late, which is why I’m writing this review. The quality of all the items are Fantastic as always but I’m disappointed that they couldn’t keep track of any updated versions. Keep in mind, we only sent them the initial version and then one updated version. So if you guys decide to make any changes to your order with this shop, even just one, I would recommend double, triple or quadruple check with them to make sure because it didn’t seem like the shop made an effort to check on their end.

Sent a letter with a returned receipt. They did not return the receipt and gave a lame excuse that they were busy and forgot to get the receipt. It was up to the recipient to send it back (not true). I went online to track the number and did not have an update. So I called again and I was told they had not updated the status because they had not received it yet. I had to send the letter again. I will be filing a complaint with the USPS office. It sounds like a cover up to me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

I have been using this business for over 25 years. It is the only place in Memphis for me to ship home when I am in town. Friendly service, the owner is a very nice fellow. I always enjoy my interactions there.
