Disorganized Process & Lack of Communication
I had high hopes when Greenrootz approached me for an opportunity with Netflix. The initial preparation and guidance were great, but the interview process was extremely disorganized.
1️⃣ On the day of the interview, no one from Greenrootz followed up with me.
2️⃣ Netflix changed the interview timing and even marked Greenrootz in the email, yet my coordinator was completely unaware.
3️⃣ I waited for an hour on a dead video call, not knowing what was happening. Only after checking my junk folder did I find an email from Netflix mentioning a delay—something my recruiter should have informed me about.
4️⃣ After all this, I received no communication or feedback about my rejection. I had to call and follow up myself, only to be told that my profile wasn’t selected—without any explanation.
A recruitment agency should act as a bridge between candidates and employers, ensuring clear communication and a smooth process. Unfortunately, my experience was far from that. Very disappointed.
