Within 1 year of my wife’s house being built, there was water damage in the garage ceiling from a leak through the door to the deck. It took over 6 weeks to get a response to get him to come look at the issue. He stated “if it was our problem we will fix it.” It is now 10 months later with no fix and no response to text, call, and email.
