This company is the WORST at the Columbus location. Inexperienced recruiters working here. My friend was hired and given the clear on contingencies and even was told to put in his 2 week notice. He then signed a 6 month contract. They call him the DAY BEFORE to let him know they could not go forward with the job. Mind you he has no job now because they gave him the clear and told him he had passed everything. They completely ruined his life because of their lack of knowledge and now he has to suffer not being able to pay his bills and being without his job. TJ and Mia don’t trust them!! Also the manger said well I’m sure you can find another job in no time. This company should be held liable. What a horrible thing to do to a person with no empathy at all.

My experience with Insight Global was absolutely phenomenal. Seth White was truly a pleasure to work with. He was quick and dedicated in lining me up with my current position and stayed in touch every step of the way. I was contacted by Jake on a Monday; the interview was set up with the client on a Wednesday; and I interviewed Friday morning, securing the contract by Friday afternoon. Jake walked me through all of the intricate details concerning the contract description and requirements, my experience, and my desired hourly rate to help us both determine if this contract would be a good fit for me. While Jake was in the office ensuring I had my questions and concerns answered, another agent (Billy) was available to meet and introduce me to the client prior to the interview. I greatly appreciated their personal touch in assisting me to secure this awesome contract. I felt like I had my own contractor concierge service that offered advice and provided encouragement where needed. I was very pleased with how I was treated during this process, and I am very happy with my latest contract position thanks to them!!
