I started my recruiter career in Gravity Technology where I met Siddhant sir who interviewed me and when I was giving an interview, for the first time I felt I was interviewing with a friend and not an interviewer with. So I would like to say that I am very happy to work in Gravity. The culture is very positive and transparent and everyone is open to new ideas and suggestions. Gravity has lots of growth opportunities. Gravity teams usually enjoy a lot of autonomy and freedom in what they want to work on.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and chilling point. Company policies are good.
Dislikes
There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is high
