I recently attended the Puff Pastry, Danish and Croissant baking class at Grá Academy (it was my second sign up, and this time I had my auntie and mom as well!), and again it was an incredible experience! Priya is passionate and patient, making the learning process both fun, educational and easy for the older folks to follow. The classes are well-structured, offering hands-on experience with plenty of tips and tricks to perfect your baking skills. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine your techniques, Grá Academy offers something for everyone. The warm and welcoming atmosphere made the experience even more enjoyable. I left the class feeling inspired and excited to try out the recipes at home. Highly recommended for anyone who loves baking!

Happy and content! I took Cookies and Basic Cake class. Both classes was conducted by Shiny. Shes very attentive, hands on activities, explain every details in simple words so that first time baker will understand better.
The recipes and techniques provided is easy to follow and delicious! Fully recommended to those who really interested in learning baking!
