Came to pick up a package for my school cheer team over the summer. It was at another facility, and I needed the bows for camp before they would be open to deliver. The staff went out of their way to pick up the package and bring it to me. I could not be more thankful for their service. They truly made a difference!

2nd time this month I’ve had an important package put in the wrong PO box what am I paying so much for…….
Guy at counter with goatee and freckles wears no name tag so you can’t complain about him, he is 100% miserable and has a power trip of telling people he doesn’t care, quality has gone down over last year….
How do you not verify I.D. for pickups clearly someone in here can’t tell the difference in names and numbers when they are loading up the boxes fix it or get new employees

Would be zero but there is no option for that! Fix the machine! It’s stupid and you’re not doing your job when you can’t answer the phone! I have to say give me an agent. It never gives me an agent.
