I inquired about the cost of A4 color printing and was informed that there is a flat fee of $3 per page. I believe this to be rather expensive. Their website also claims that printing with them is inexpensive, which I find questionable.

Excellent customer service! I have been working with for over 7 years now and always get prompt, professional service. Fazil the owner is a great store owner, and his employees are efficient and friendly.

Wow I’ve never experienced such a rude and inexperienced owner before. How does he expect his store to be successful if he doesn’t understand the first thing about customer service or how UPS packages work.
Will be waiting to see if my package is actually scanned in or if I need to report this owner for stealing.
