I started looking for a job back in June of 2024 and was assigned Litania to help me find a new position. She seemed super nice and helpful at first, but 6 months down the line and I ended up finding a position on my own. She did not send me ONE position to apply to. This is the second time I’ve used GloCap and both times I have had absolutely no help from these recruiters. It’s hard to believe that with 8 years of experience and a bachelors degree, that they could not find me ANYTHING that matches my background. I will definitely not recommend this company to any of my peers looking for a new position.

I’d like to recommend Glocap as a premiere recruitment firm, particularly for an investments professional role. Shortly after graduation, I worked with 5+ recruiters but ultimately ended up at a position that Glocap helped me secure. Tara Cohen was a pleasure to work with, handling the entire process in a professional and timely manner. She provided a comprehensive explanation of not only the role itself, but also the history/background of the firm, its business strategy, and the overall firm culture. I found this to be unique among the other recruiters I’ve worked with, and always felt prepared through my entire interview process. Overall, I believe that my positive experience can be attributed to the attention to detail, follow up, and constant feedback/guidance.
