Glocal RPO is a complete Scam. They di not deliver what they promise. I agreed to sign their agreement for two recruiters, where if the recruiters were not performing, as per the agreement, i would give 10 days notice and get a refund or a new recruiter. I worked with one who who underdelivered severy but had a good personality, the other one had poor personality and no quality. The worst experience is their management- They lie about refunds, they do not respond to emails and upto now, i have yet to hear back from them regarding my refund. A complete dirty scam. Do not attempt to work with Glocal!

All these reviews you see, are fake. Look at the names! Stay away, they cannot do the job. They will just take your money for the first month and then you need to cancel. They still make money as they are operating from India or somewhere, where a couple hundred to 1k per month is a lot of income. They promised 5 applicants per day. I said give only 5 per week, I will be happy. they ended up giving me one in 2 weeks. I canceled and they made $450 for free for two weeks service. The recruiter had thick accent, and he over promised salary and benefits to the applicants usually.

3/23/24 Update- I continue to request to be removed. I get 2-5 emails/day and mostly just delete them but periodically plea to be removed- to no avail. I would continue to not recommend this company, and I pity you if they have your contact information because you will be bombarded with spam from fake gmail accounts they mass create to bother you with. 4/14/22 Update- I continue to ask to be removed, they continue to spam me. Now I’m getting roughly 2-3 emails per day. I absolutely hate this company, I hope they go out of business so they’ll finally stop spamming me. 1/12/22 Update- they continue to email me on average once a week, more requests to stop emailing me ignored 10/14/21 Update- another email. Another request to stop emailing me. They removed my previous review, so wanted to be sure to share it again because this is a legit review. Glocal RPO has been email spamming me non stop for over a year- I’ve asked them to stop repeatedly: spoken to them over the phone, sent dozens of emails, blocked their domain from our server, etc. So they create multiple gmail accounts since I can’t block all gmail accounts from our server. They’re basically misusing gmail for the sake of bothering people who’ve asked them repeatedly to stop. I do not recommend this company, and best wishes if they have your email address.
