They do not give you the time of day. They look at your resume on LinkedIn and do not say a single word or reach out. How are you supposed to assist people with finding jobs but refuse to communicate with them. Seems like this company has a type that they prefer.

I was ghosted by the recruiters of this company twice. Had 2 interviews with recruiters, one of which resulted in a six panel interview with the client. My request was that they stay in contact to let me know either way (if the client wanted to move forward with me or not). I heard nothing from them. I contacted the the second recruiter several times (by phone, email and voicemail) but never got a response. Don’t waste your time…Keep it moving.

I have applied to this company several times. Each time I’m seeing “immediately hiring ” or “actively recruiting.” So me being unemployed, I’m applying,even if I’m over qualified, I just need the income to stay afloat. To my demise, each application submitted I get a rejection letter.(These positions are entry level and /or my skill set) I’ve never seen so many rejection letters from a recruiting/staffing company, but after reading the reviews, God is truly keeping me! I don’t know much about this company but I’m noticing the lack of professionalism and also your ATS either needs updating or your recruiting team needs more training on selecting candidates. This company is missing out on great employees because they are lacking the willingness to evolve and invest in change. Best of luck to you all.
