I HAVE A VERY SIMPLE QUESTION FOR GRANDSTREAM CUSTOMER SERVICE. I SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS ON THEIR PHONES AND HAVE BEEN EMAILING BACK AND FORTH ALL MORNING LOND. I CANT EVEN GET A SIMPLE CALL BACK FROM THEM. SHAME ON YOU GRANDSTREAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Avoid the Grandstream phone systems at ALL costs. There is ZERO support. They don’t have a phone number listed on their website. There is no way to get a hold of anyone to help.
