Friendly, helpful, sincere, good communication and above all, you get your job done.
Appreciate and thanks Care Global Recruitment (CGR) team for their wonderful services, arranging all the necessary documents and even assist in filling it. Sincere and diligent through out the whole process, making sure to avoid hiccups.
Besides the first meet up, there’s no need for face to face meeting, everything was (can be) process remotely at the convenient time, unless signature is needed.
CGR assist in applying helper’s Hong Kong Identity Card (HKID) accompanying the helper to the immigration office by pick and drop at specific point and/or MTR station, which is very convenient and safe time.
Service charge seems/is relatively better than the other domestic helper’s service provider.
The boss is kind and make sure everything goes in order 👍🏻
Location is accessible but not convenient to drive there as the parking is limited.
CGR office relatively small nonetheless jobs can be done.
Suggestion: Consider to include and/or provide medical check up for those helper(s) who are newly arrive to Hong Kong for safety purpose.
Overall was good and will go back to use their domestic helper’s services.
