This is one of the worst recruiting companies I’ve ever dealt with. I had terrible experiences with both Krissy Whitaker and Taylor Martin. Krissy reached out to me on 1/30 asking me to reach out to her ASAP for an A/R Manager opportunity in Louisville, KY. I reached back out to her the same day and despite three voice mail messages over the next week I left for her and a LinkedIn message she never responded. Very unprofessional! Taylor reached out to me on 2/10 and said Krissy asked her to reach out to me. We had a mini phone screen and she asked me to send her my resume and I did the same day and just like Krissy, I have heard nothing from her despite voice mail messages I left for her to call me back. Also, very unprofessional. I really don’t appreciate being ghosted by these two individuals. Oh, LinkedIn connection requests I sent to both Krissy and Taylor were ignored.

I have known Terri for over a decade and have had periodic contact with her when I have been searching for new opportunities. She always as kept in close communication to nurture and strengthen her network in the professional community. She is always very professional and detailed about the opportunities she works and the candidates she seeks. She forms a very strong bond with the contacts she has and develops a lot of trust. Over the years we were looking for a fir when the time was right for me and because of the relationship we developed, she sought me out for what is turning out to be the best position I have had in almost a decade. I am very grateful to her for having stayed the course with me and gotten to know my professional qualities.
