He always says we can ask the doubt, but whenever we ask, he always scolds us and wants us to understand the crucial JD.
Never give us a chance to speak in front of him to discuss questions.
Whatever he teaches in orientation, the way he explains things there is totally different from working with him on the job.
Always drop the call whenever you speak logic.

Please guys if anyone is doing internship in this company. Then they need to know this . Please don’t do internship under the guidance ofJayendran Rajappa. This person is arrogant and dominating and trust me i had a very bad experience this person doesn’t listen to anyone even if you want to explain some problem you’re facing. He just bombard on other person his mistakes also .
