They have few vacancies. Sometimes very good, other times very bad. If you fail me several times, due to some sudden situation you’re screwed with them and they won’t call you back.

Very unprofessional, the people who work at the actual temp service have very disgusting attitudes, they never want to help without making you feel like you’re being a bother to them! Literally went through hell with these people 0/10!
EDIT: I never called back after the disgusting behavior towards someone I know. The un-pleasing service of Flex Force itself made me no longer want to work with nor for them.

So, I have been with them off & on for 5 years. They have helped me get 5 jobs in the past. First I worked with Cheri, & after she left, I have been working with Victoria & Haleigh. I have been more than pleased with my experience throughout the years. They have ALWAYS gotten me a job quickly & I have never had any issues, ever. If you go through them for a job, you will not be disappointed. They are very good at placing you with the right job & to make the process so easy & effortless.
