Horribly experience Hired a programmer in Indonesia. Poor guy found out his wife has another husband and he barely worked during my 6 month contact All glints did was refund me 2 days and told me that his sick leave was my problem and I can’t cancel contract Waste of time and money. Glints was happy to keep their one month on-boarding fee 🙁 Edit: can’t believe the comment below on a refund. Paid a full recruitment fee plus 3 months and the best you guys could offer was 2 day refund for a guy that did barely any work

It can be a useful website, but only when it works. The entire website loads incredibly slowly, and there are so many technical glitches. For example, I had to request 4 verification emails before the system could verify my email. The first 3 times, I clicked the link in the email, and it continued showing Not Verified. Also, when you click on a job listing, it loads for an incredibly long time, and that’s if you’re lucky. Most of the time, it just shows a white page (See attached screenshot). There are so many more glitches and this is just the surface. – Clicking Apply Job and you are just redirected to a blank page. – On a Company’s page and it shows no jobs open. Refresh the page and suddenly there are 5 jobs available. – Adding Education and Work Experience on the Profile page and nothing happens when I click Save. Repeatedly click Save and you end up entering the same information multiple times which you then have to delete line by line. Looking for a suitable internship is already a daunting enough task, and this website certainly doesn’t help.

I used to find their website enjoyable, but there have been significant changes, ranging from the user interface to the shift from free to paid service. Unfortunately, everything now feels disappointing and unsatisfactory. It would be better if they provided an option for users to switch back to the old interface, as the current state is truly unfavorable.
