Honestly, I waited months for a response from your company, And then you contacted me for a job interview with a company out in Zeeland 30-45 minutes away about lumber work. This is after you set me up a job interview I thought went very well, where the employer told me i was heavily qualified for and waited nesrly a week to say boo by the time I called you with a I don’t know. I went to ONE other company for work assistance. It took them a DAY to find me a job with fantastic benefits within 10 minutes drive and even complimented me about my skills. Oddly enough, the second after I walked out of my fantastic interview, Gill staffing contacted me. Asking if they could supply a job for the first time they contacted me in months. I declined. And the rude ass tone and composure response after that good news I got. You expected a thank you? No! This will be the same response I post to Google reviews. In the hopes that others avoid your staffing agency. And I’m sure when Gill goes under the employees there will expect better composure and respect. Don’t go here. If you actually do find a job for any reason other than them you can expect a mean phone call and a huffy tone.

Initial thought when I first walked in is they’re pretty preppy, go to sign in an the receptionist is just rude and treats you as if you’re stupid or from a different world… took almost an hour to drive out here because they’ve got work close to home, just to be pulled back there for not even 5 minutes it felt like and she quickly rushed through my prior jobs didn’t even let me get to my other positions held. I’m pretty experienced for my age and I’ve dealt with a couple temp companies like this and just feel like it’s the wrong route. They even give you spelling and a little math quiz as if everybody is that stupid, basically making them seem high and mighty.. never ever had been treated like that quite a joke it’s Grand Rapids though, maybe holland will be a bit better. Forget these guys!! Like I said a little over an hour and a half of my time wasted not including my application. Drove a whole hour to be there for 25 minutes doing their stupid test and spent 5 minutes with a recruiter just for them to rush through my profile and not even get all the way through it… went to workbox right after and spent a good hour talking to a recruiter that actually spent the time to try and find me a job and go over my past experiences. Like I said PASS on this place

They hole zero accountability. A peace of my boby and it was amputated. An they wanted 0 liability and accountability although when it happened on there job site. I strongly do not recommend people to go this company for work value yourself first and look elsewhere
