The lounge wifi has been down for a week despite the management office claiming everyday someone came in to repair.
Update: They finally did send someone in 10days later. It’s up and good ever since

Atlantic has great landscape just front the river. Neat, Safe and Every staff is so kind. I am satisfying.
The only bad one thing is to blew strong wind.

I lived here for a year and it was basically fine.
My worst complaint was that the heating units don’t work well in winter: they work by heating the air from outside, but if the outside temperature drops too much then you don’t have hot air any more. I mostly fixed the problem by getting a space heater.
I also had a lot of stress related to a bedbug infestation. Management was really unfriendly about it.
But the view is great, the location is great, it was quiet enough, the front desk people are friendly, and I never saw any roaches.
