We scheduled nanny services through Jovie Scottsdale and they sent inexperienced nannies for our 5 month old! We had to take off from work and cancel them for all the scheduled appointments.

Had care scheduled and at 5pm the night before the provider cancelled on me and provided no back up. Absolutely terrible. How will I find care with such short notice? I’ll be forced to take off work. My care provider told me Brie would call me to provide a back-up and she never called. Awful customer service.

I have been using college nannies and tutors for about 4 years and I have had very good experiences with the nannies that care for our kids. My kids enjoy them and the nannies keep me updated throughout the day. The company has always been able to find me care, even very last minute.
