Working at Gentis is a pure pleasure. They listen and take into consideration the comments of the employees to improve continuously. The board and the managers are accessible, and help us with pleasure. The general atmosphere is also great, with outings, incentives, etc., which enliven our days throughout the (4-day) week. After more than 3 years of experience in the recruitment industry, Gentis is a great example to follow. They train consultants exceptionally well with training and coaching from Nadia, and they prepare us for the world of business and recruitment.
Frankly, a company that implements in the month advice given by its team, and where the board, comes to eat at the restaurant in its employees, it is just exceptional.
