When I say amazing company. I mean amazing. There is no words to say how they walk 10k miles beside you. They go far and beyond. They become like your friend. Don’t get it confused. Very very professional. Like no other business. Trust them. They will get you through it all. I promise that. Tell your friends, tell your church members. I’m so grateful to Matt harder first and far most. He helped my dream career come true when I started feeling I would never get an honest fair chance in my field. Not to forget Aron also but Matt stayed in contact with me the whole way and communicated with Aron. Team work and goal targeted with this company.

Recruiting companies are a dime a dozen… Most of them are not worth working with honestly. Genius Talent is one of the good ones… Monica was my primary contact and from the day she reached out to me regarding an opportunity, until well after I received my offer, I felt like she was there for me at every turn. Ultra-clear in her communication, easy to schedule meetings, even reminders and incredibly useful interview preparation materials ahead of meeting with the company she was presenting me to.
I really can’t recommend Genius Talent and the team there enough… They are a talented and dedicated group of professionals who I enjoyed working with a great deal.
