Such a bad expirence from the consultantcy people
Think before you join the consultancy based job specially with the payroll giving false commitment to the employee.
HR Sowmajit sardar does not listen to the employee request and speaks unprofessionally.

Called once for job but hr talk to me very badly I have already 4yrs experience with bpo sector and others sector, but he asked me that I must be 8 years of experience, I told him that for higher studies I have 4years gap on carrier, after listening this he behaves very badly and told that they don’t given chances the failure person, also told me it is a company like tcs, Infosys, and they Don’t given chance any bogus candidates who have a break in.
