They were hired for my brother’s wedding recently. 60% of the staff is polite while 40% of the staff seems to be still under training, hence not fully aware of how to complete a given task or responsibility. There was an instance when they wanted to wrap up the ongoing photoshoots with the guests and proceed to the other functions, which is absolutely correct as the timings have already been discussed But at the same time it is very necessary to be nice and polite with the family involved in the function. A so called trainee / staff from Genesis was on the stage managing the guests and was insisting two – three different guest groups (with no logical connection) to be grouped together to click a picture and wrap up. 1 group were our family friends, the other were the first family and the third one were distant relatives, and to our surprise this boy was dictating us how the groups should have been clubbed. Guests / Family / Friends travel far to attend weddings and functions of their loved ones because of the relation that they hold with the hosts and not for anything else. If they are not allowed to meet the bride and groom, does it really fulfil the motive? Genesis should take care that their resources are well trained, mannered and instructed to be polite and nice for starters and not dictate the hosts.

Genesis inc have done a family event of mine which is a memorable one….the team work co-ordination is so well that we can just be stress free and rely on them..will always be thank full to you guys..
