Fantastic agency. Yet again an excellent nanny with professional follow up. I got the nanny despite my late request. I will rate the agency higher than 5, if possible. True lifesaver.

One star is being generous. They are dishonest and they do not honour their terms and conditions. I paid agency fees and they sent me an au pair. They did very little background check on the candidate and after she left 5months into a one year contract they have not been able to find a single replacement for me 4months down the line. I am truly disappointed.
Gen122 needs to be held accountable.
