Can I just say wow. I worked with Paola she is amazing so hard working and truly cares to help you get a job. She was such a light. Everyone I spoke with at the Staffing Agency was kind and professional. They work hard for the community. I just want to say thanks;

Maybe they can start by not been ignorant and disrespectful to people. They only help Mexican or their family member. Or maybe you as a owner need to hire some neutral employees that are willing to hire Americans and not just Mexican or Spanish ,or family member. When I went all I saw was 10 Mexicans and they got the jobs but because I’m not a family member or go to their food banks o same party on the weekends they don’t pick us Americans only their own people. Is a shame. Maybe their husband smoke but not every one is like their husband. As soon as you enter if your not Mexican they state that a person smells like cigarettes or cannabis. Is funny because a professional person will never act such way. Maybe the owner is family member to the that is why there is no action taken. You get a feed back but yet got the same unprofessional person working in there. A person that nearly speaks English. I speak a better Spanish that her but prefer speak the language I choose English. Because we are in America. Made me bring all my documents certification and social security card and high School diploma for nothing. I’m scared they use my legal documents for illegal reasons since I never got called for a job. Why would they ask for a lots of documentation if they already know they don’t wanted to give me a job because I wasn’t Mexican. I feel like calling the Department of Labor. They asked for a lot of documentation and concern me. Because nobody will sell my documents Ill make sure of that. All the document for a job that pays miserable and they didn’t wanted to give to me for not been Mexican. Is a shame. All shall be treated the same . Not special treatment to their own people.
