I had previously hired Prignesh at Getway Solutions through Upwork, and found his service to be good, so I asked him to work for me directly to upgrade my website. The results have been nothing short of a disaster! It’s been three weeks now since the website was lanched on my domain, and there are still many issues that are unresolved. There was absolutly no effort made on their part to check the details of the website, database of customers, pages, blocks, email templates or any of the other relevant and pertinent data to make sure that everything was functioning properly and set up according to the old website’s design/layout/function before the new website was launched. Email notifications were sent out to hundreds of my customers due to their mishandling of the project, sending irrelevant messages, and making my company look incompetent to my customers. I have been patient up to this point, but now at my wits end.
