I went through Future Recruiters in order to secure a role with Pangea. At first I was a little apprehensive with going through a recruiter as I felt it would prolong the process with multiple meetings before training days etc. Future Recruiters turned out to be quite different than any other agency I had ever worked with. I personally went through the process with Abbie, who is absolutely fantastic by the way. Instead of multiple meetings to ascertain whether I was to be put forward for the training day it was an initial telephone conversation, followed by a face to face via zoom in the comfort of my own home and then the training day. Which all happened within the space of two weeks. This is definitely one of of the better agencies to use. The online training that you get for free is second to none. Mike Walmsley, the trainer has such a way of teaching that doesn’t come across as your average sales guy who just teaches you the hard selling way. instead he teaches you ways to be a better recruiter through a more methodical way of working. Overall I went into the training day feeling prepared with all the help Abbie had given me, and felt supported through the training day due to the future recruiters presence. I would definitely recommend you use Future Recruiters as they have a different approach to recruitment that is definitely better than other agencies I have been through.

The team did an excellent job in preparing me for my interview, with excellent training resources and face-to-face prep (over video call). If it wasn’t for them, I am certain that I would not have got the job I did, and I am incredibly grateful to them.
