Avoid this company! They don’t advocate for you and try to rip you off. Once they secure your job, you’re on your own. Instead of acting as the middleman, you have to handle everything from connecting with the company’s manager to sorting out your messed-up schedule. Communication is abysmal—you’ll only hear from the recruiter via text, never calls, and there’s no access to higher management. When I requested higher pay due to moving to a high cost-of-living area, they initially refused. After I submitted my resignation, they suddenly wanted to negotiate and offered a confusing tier system. Fed up with the low pay, I decided to leave. They then tried to lure me back by offering reimbursements for parking tickets and tolls—information they should have provided upfront. When I still declined, they denied my reimbursements. Is this even legal? On top of that, the recruiter sent me a nasty message about my resignation. What did I do wrong? If you don’t treat me well, I am going to find another company who will. This company doesn’t care about your health or well-being; to them, you’re just a number. – A very angry NP

Fantastic place. Focused on integrity and doing right by people. I’m sure they can’t please everyone but they consistently do right by me.
