Beautiful private and public river walk access if you live here. It was an old storage facility since around 1898. There’s a private deck that opens for spring and summer, paid parking (typically ranges from $250 to $325 due to individual owners of spots) in door valet garage at 333 N Canal Street, east access to cool events like St Patricks river dye celebrations, the bridge opening, and so many restaurants by the river. The building itself has big spaces with average ceiling heights … about 1000-1300 square feet for a 1 bedroom unit. There’s a concierge present 7 days a week from 8am to 9am and a package room. Key fobs for access into the building. The one big issue is there’s a very high maintenance fee of about $800 per month for a 1 bedroom. The building doesn’t have much in terms of amenities (no gym or pool) but there’s a bike storage for $5 per month and a storage unit area. There’s biggest draw for this building is the river access and being downtown. Across the street is The Cassidy rental property that just came up in 2024 which has endless amenities for high rental fees and garage parking. And Canal Street right outside the building returned to a 2 way street. Phew. That was annoying when it was a one way in 2024.
