What a great experience! I was helping my friend get ready to move out of a house and into an apartment that was less than half the size. After 45 years in his house, he had a lot of stuff he didn’t need. Resettle Me came helped him decide what he should and shouldn’t take in the way of furniture. They laid out magnetic strips of furniture cut to scale on a plan of his apartment, which made it much easier for him to understand what he could and couldn’t take. The day before the movers came, Angela and her crew came over and packed everything. Angela was there for the move and directed the movers at the house and again at the apartment. The next day, Angela and her crew unpacked everything and the place looked marvelous. The only thing we had to do was hang pictures. They would have done that too!

I was faced unexpectedly with having to move my mom from Kansas City, Missouri to Atlanta into an assisted living community while I continued to work full-time. Peggy & Jennifer at ResettleMe were so professional and helpful in every way. They are very experienced and have a 6th sense about what to include, beyond the list of items I gave them. Their communication behind the scenes and with me made this endeavor extremely easy which is what I needed and allowed me to continue working and looking after my mother who is staying with me during the transition. I can’t say enough good things about their service. They handled all the packing, hired the movers, acquired the moving cubes/pods, and coordinated all of this with me and the Atlanta contact to facilitate the move-in to my mom’s new home. Job well done. I highly recommend their services without reservation!

We recently moved my 93 year old Father into Assisted Living. Jennifer and her staff at ResettleMe did an outstanding job in all ways! My brothers and I all live out of town and Jennifer took care of all the details. Jennifer is wonderful to work with, and was also great with my Dad. She met with him , explained the process, helped with what we should and shouldn’t take, made a floor plan, packed , moved and completely set up his new apartment! They even hung art work and labeled the contents of the drawers and cupboards. Jennifer also referred and arranged for pick up and delivery of what was left in Dad’s house ! Their staff was very friendly and proficient. We are extremely grateful to Resettle me for making a difficult move as seamless as it could have been. I would highly recommend Jennifer and her staff at ResettleMe. My Dad loves his new apartment and I give them the credit!
