5 stars — our event captain Marcus was incredibly easy to work with, and kept the team running smoothly when things were feeling hectic. The whole team – bartenders, servers, and bussers – were communicative, helpful, and professional the whole evening. Our point of contact leading up to our event, Kerwyn, was also very supportive and made the whole process easy, despite a number of updates on our end.

One would think you’d get “scrubs” when you book the night before a holiday but wow – was I pleasantly surprised to be staffed with two consummate professionals who arrived early (in my industry that’s on time) were delightful, efficient and quick to learn what my needs were. My best compliment was that I was easily able to offer constructive feedback which was received and appreciated then immediately implemented at every turn. That’s priceless. I would rehire in a heartbeat. My Thanksgiving dinner party was so much more enjoyable because the load of prep, serving and cleanup was immaculately handled for me by Valler pros.
