Had someone with FTS reach out to me for an intriguing position, ended up scheduling a phone interview that went well. Talked about my background and the position, both seemed like a good fit. The recruiter told me he’d send me a detailed job rec and forward my resume to the company in question. 24 hours later, I never received the job rec. Reached back out to the recruiter and never received a response. It’s been nearly a week since the phone interview and the recruiter has effectively ghosted me. Don’t fall for the empty words left by the company in the reply below. If they genuinely wanted to reach out to me and provide the help they write about, they would have already contacted me privately. In reality, the recruiter who ghosted me is still employed by FTS and likely hasn’t been reprimanded. Stay away from this dishonest company.

Will was an amazing recruiter to work with, very evident he was for me in the entire process. He listened to what I am looking for and heard all my check boxes, he sent me options so I knew I had more than one opportunity and they were all very appealing. He gave me guidance in all the interviews steps and I ended up with an offer that was above my expectations at an amazing company. Will is a true professional in his field.

I briefly worked with FTS for two positions. One of them did not pan out, no worries there. The second (they sent my resume over without asking me), I had interviewed in person, and was told by a senior recruiter that it went very well. And that they would for sure be in touch. I never heard back from the recruiter.. I sent multiple texts and even called the office and left a voicemail for him. After doing this for over a month, I finally texted one last time to let him know I was close to receiving an offer. Only then did he respond. I’ve worked with dozens of recruiters. But this was sloppy and unprofessional, to say the least. After speaking with a colleague who shared a similar experience, it seems this is common for FTS. I hope things will improve, but as of right now I would not recommend allowing them to represent you. Nor would I recommend any company sign up for their services.
