I haven’t worked for the agency for a little bit. I started off 6 weeks post partum. Less than a month into my first contract my 5 year old daughter was diagnosed with a blood cancer. Frontline was absolutely amazing. They reached out on a personal level to see how everything was going, they cared. Once I returned to work and started a new contract I was not in the best facility. They never assumed it was “just me” causing an issue or being a horrible employee. They always wanted to know my side of things also. The only reason I left was due to the contracts being so far from home, I just couldn’t do it with a newer baby and a very sick child. I loved this company and feel they are compassionate and understanding when the unpredictable happens. Damon H and Larry were always kind when I talked to them about issues that happened.

Steer Clear. Below average compensation compared to most jobs in the healthcare recruitment field. Management is authoritarian, commanding, and rude. Be prepared for a 9 hour workday paired with a management team who spend their days counting the metrics of those underneath them and listening in on phone calls instead of focusing on being effective leaders. If you plan on traveling with them i would recommend looking elsewhere as you will become just another number. Zero work culture amongst the team paired with a highly ineffective training program made for my time at Frontline Healthcare Staffing to thankfully be very short lived.

Terrible agency.. They don’t care about the workers. They are Only for the company they send you to, which are terrible.. I’ve had multiple problems with them and they never even cared to hear my side.. they shorten my checks to minimum wage multiple times after I talked to them ten times about it being the facilities fault I wasn’t scheduled. Then they sent me to a facility that just wasn’t working with my schedule and it being undoable to my mental health I explained it to multiple people they didn’t care so when I asked to cancel my contract they fired me. They didn’t even contact me to talk to me. They canceled it that day and then emailed me to fire me. I didn’t wanna cancel the day I emailed to them about it. They are so unprofessional. I’m not even gonna start on the 3+ recruiters I had that were terrible.
