I bought a connected watch at the Port store, I went to St Pierre to ask if following problems with it I could return it to their store. The sellers told me yes and told me what papers I needed to bring back. I come back 2 days later with the watch and everything I need, explaining the previous episodes. They refuse to reimburse me (not the same sellers), I am told that I will be called back to tell me what is going on (refund, exchange, other?). I’ve had no news for weeks now. Deplorable service that makes you not want to subscribe.
