I reached out to Alvaro and the Freelance Latin America team after a friend in Vancouver recommended them. My project was quite small, very time-sensitive, and I honestly wasn’t even sure what I needed—just that I needed some presentation slides and guidance. From the very first call on Microsoft Teams, I was impressed. A few team members took the time to ask thoughtful questions, helping me figure out exactly what I was trying to create.
