I was recommended to work with Franklin Smith after being invited to an Estimating event. At the event i was surprised to find more than 50 estimating professionals, some of which where from my home country which made it easy for me to network and get to know people. I got speaking with Mick and he introduced me to a business. The next day the contacted employer gave me call, asked me to come in for an interview and now I am working in the business today. I cannot thank Franklin Smith enough for doing this. I got rejected by every other agency in the city because I had no Australian experience but Mick’s help has changed my life here in Australia forever. I cannot recommend the business enough.

Very helpful and knowledgeable! They listened to what I was looking in terms of a role and employer/management preferences. I didn’t receive any ‘sales pitches’ on roles I wasn’t very sold on. Lots of contacts within the industry, so instantly had a few different jobs I was interested in. Responsive, whether over phone conversations, email or text.
I would recommend to anyone looking for employees or employment in the future.
