Reached out to Jorrit in regards to a job posting a couple months ago, prior to that I was unemployed for a year, and did multiple interviews with various companies, and got nowhere. Once I spoke Jorrit, who was professional, courteous and friendly; he identified some small changes that I needed to make, including brushing up on my interview skills, polishing my resume and preparing answers to common questions interviewers may have.
