As an just “recent” tenant for 10 years, I was asked to take another apt di my apt could be upgraded for “business reasons”, when that did not work, I was told for a “22” day period I had someone (my wife), not on lease and to “quit”!. GET OUT IN ANOTHER WORD!! DESPERATE to get me out they waived 30 notice to move, do I moved out in 14 days, now I had given them $1,854.00 security deposit and not only are they not giving me my deposit back they say I owe some $$$!! Ridiculous, I left the apt looking better than I received it, 10 years ago. The Management group are TOTALLY NONPROFESSIONAL, except to serve their own purpose. The apt was rodent and roach infested, constant pipe work resulting in monthly water cut off. You say I should of moved and u are correct with these conditions, however looking at “human element”, I was somewhat attached to neighbors. Indeed I am in a better place now but every property they own is slum lord ridden. Think SMART DO NOT LIVE ON THEIR PROPERTIES. Of course all this is going to court, where I have an abundance of data & pictures. Wish me WELL. A disgruntled ex tenant of Magnolia St property!!

The office manager she is very rude, this lady it’s impossible talk with her, this lady don’t have education 😡😡😡😡
