Went in for passport services after reviewing the appointment times and the walk in hours online. We chose Wednesday walk in from 4pm – 5pm and it was a breeze! There was one family in front of us and they were almost done when we arrived. Chris was fantastic! He asked us to wait off to the side and provided an estimated (turned out to be accurate) wait time for the family he was currently with. Our time with Chris went quickly and efficiently. He checked all documents, took photo copies of what was needed. Spoke with my daughter about her passport and making sure she understood the process as well. This is the second time we have been here for passports and that we have worked with Chris! I highly recommend coming here for passports and it helps to complete the paperwork online or ahead of time along with reviewing the required documents. Chris you rock!!! We will see you and the team again soon!

I am trying hard to remember the gentleman’s name but drawing a blank. The current post master in 2024/2025 is absolutely phenomenal. I had an issue with the previous owner of my home unlawfully putting my mail on hold so he could collect it and presumably commit fraud? I don’t know. The post master took this very seriously and resolved the issue for me. He was very upbeat, friendly, and genuinely cared about my issue I was having. Talked to me for about 15min and really talked to me like we were friends. Gotta love that hard work snd going the extra mile!

I’m confused about the bad reviews. These guys have always been great for me. Came in for a passport yesterday and had some questions about other things. Chris was very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. He truly went above and beyond, and I appreciate that. I’ve lived in Brighton my entire life and only had 1 problem ever with my mail/packages. I can’t exactly remember what happened but I’m pretty sure a package of mine was accidentally delivered down the street from me. I started a claim thinking it was lost. Got a call from the post office hours later apologizing, telling me there was someone new delivering mail and they made a mistake. I received my package a day later. I’ve received hundreds of packages and thousands of pieces of mail. I don’t think my delivery drivers have ever missed a day delivering mail. I’m always confused when I hear people around the US or even in Michigan complaining about USPS. I must just have great mailmen! The informed delivery feature is also amazing and I appreciate them offering the service. Being able to see my mail/packages coming in that day before they’re delivered is great. I’ll be opening a PO box soon. Love these guys. Don’t believe the bad reviews. They do a great job.
