I called on my way heading through Martinsville and asked for an immediate arrangement for a funeral I was attending. It was a moon shot chance to get something together for my foster mom and her dad’s funeral. The attendants were in the middle of putting a huge wedding order together, but she took a pause and helped me with my need. Just by talking to me over the phone they were able to put together a beautiful bouquet of wildflowers in a large glass vase with nice ribbon. We added a small green tractor into the bouquet to commemorate grandpa’s love of his John Deere lawnmower. In my way through town. We stopped by their store to pick it up and it was amazing! I will be forever grateful for these ladies for helping me out in a pinch! Informed for a company once and there was a sign in the break room that explained the company’s ethos: solving customer’s problems. If you fail to solve the customer’s problems, then you have no business being in business. Well, I’d say Flowers by Dewey is doing it right. 🥰 Thank you!
