Possibly one of the worst initial interviews to start the hiring process I’ve been through. Talking to Natalie was like working with a robot or better yet the overseas call centers – she had to stay on script and could not converse! She was unable to relate and I could tell she was not understanding anything I was saying. I could hear her typing while we talked. I’m not a rookie but this firm seems to be!! If you are not in your 20s move on to contacting the hiring manager yourself 🙂 The owner of the firm contacted me after I posted my review. This only concerns the recruiter I worked with, however if she is in training, someone should have been beside her helping. Especially with a veteran rep. Hopefully she takes the feedback and makes herself a better recruiter!

Their recruiters are the absolute worst. They ignore messages, emails and refuse to work with job searchers. I have contacted every recruiter here and it’s safe to say that they are incompetent and best to avoid them.
