While working at Flight Crews Unlimited, I have learned a whole new skill set! The job has been rewarding, challenging and engaging at the same time. With the fast pace of work and frequent changes, you learn to have confidence in yourself and I have found it personally rewarding utilizing creative problem-solving.
There are times that it is extremely busy, but you are always supported and are surrounded by loyal, hard-working and really funny co-workers! Everyone, including our clients and crew, are really down-to-earth and easy to talk to and they become like family.
At Flight Crews Unlimited, they are open to employee ideas, collaboration and process improvements. The environment offers opportunities to expand your knowledge and role.
My favorite perks are “cheese burger Fridays”, an endless assortment of snacks, excellent 401k contributions, and our holiday gift raffle 🙂
