Flexy app is fantastic and it’s staff are very friendly and helpful whenever you need help via the in-app messaging tool. The pay rate is great for varied temp jobs compared with other staffing agencies. The app will become much better in time. Always being improved. Thanks to Anna at Flexy, I was able to apply my first temp work during the lockdown. I will be working with Flexy for long term if wanting to find temp or hopefully permanent work. Thank you Flexy! 🙂

Honestly awful. An absolute waste of 3 weeks of my time and energy. The app didn’t work while I tried to sign up so I went on the “live” chat support on their website, a message told me someone would reply in 3 hours on average, I should have deleted the app right then. Once finally on the app I tried to get an on-boarding appointment but there were none available in the diary for weeks, I assumed this was the app not working again but they actually only have the bare minimum of appointments. I then checked every day until I could finally get one and when it came around the girl lost signal and cancelled. I then rebooked going through the rigmaroale of trying to get one of the gold dust appointments. In the meantime I checked out their available jobs and found 2 that were useful for me and still in date. In the end I cancelled my on-boarding and deleted the app because either their app is useless, or they have absolutely no jobs for me anyway.

The customer service representative, Anna, is very rude and unprofessional. Anna’s tone, language and attitude is appealing based on conversations I have witnessed. I would recommend that Workers and Client’s avoid Flexy and use alternative means such as HAPS Or Coople. They do not communicate policies and there terms & conditions are false. It is as if they make up things as they go and expect that everyone is a mind reader to no what is new and/or what has changed. I would say the company is incompetent and needs to be forced to close. Workers, the company will not pay you on time, they discriminate against you by the way you look by cancelling your shifts and offering it to others… The onboarding appointment is a job and the communication with the online chat support is a joke!
