Extremely unprofessional. My boyfriend and i got put on the same assignment and worked through the first half of our shift. While we were on break, towards the end of our break, i was informed by my son’s sitter that he was having a SEVERE allergic reaction and was being transported to the hospital. He’s one years old, and was literally unable to breathe and had severe swelling in multiple different areas of his body. I informed two different people at this company about it, as i could not get in touch with the job i had just started. I sent an in detail text message, and i called the office to let someone know. Both me and my boyfriend made our way to the hospital as soon as we found out, because this is both his child and mine whose life was quite literally at stake. AMY, then called me probably not even 30 minutes later questioning why both of us (as parents) would have to “stay home with the child” even though i clearly stated our child was in the hospital due to a severe allergic reaction. She also ended both of our assignments , and was even nice enough to hang the phone up in my face as i was explaining the child was both me and my boyfriends, and we were both at the hospital and not at home. Didn’t even request a doctors note, or express concern for the well being of our son. Also hung up on my boyfriends face when he returned a call from her cell phone. As i said, very unprofessional, very rude. Will never go here again, and wouldn’t recommend going here if you have children with health issues. If i could leave no stars, that would be my review.

Unprofessional sadly , hung up in my face and blocked my number when I attempted to call about my pay before i could even finish my sentence and also questioned my girlfriend who is 5 months pregnant on why i as a father needed to go to with her to take OUR son to the hospital due to a severe allergic reaction. Company proceeded to fire both of us .

Emily, even though I do not know her personally, acted im a discriminatory matter towards me and hung up in my face multiple times. I am very upset at this unfair judgement I received and am confused at the lack of care shown towards me. I have no criminal record, and am a citizen of the United States and certainly would not hire someone like her, who treats others like telemarketers instead of employees.
